Broken wings
The pain of hurt
Grounded on earth
Choking on words
Tears shed
Need to speak
Nothing comes out
Only weeps
Wrap my wings
For comfort & warmth
Falling asleep
No longer have thoughts
I am void
An abyss
A black hole
Pray for the solace
Of which I’ve lost hold
